Learn about the most significant changes to the 2009 edition of NFPA 720, Standard for the Installation of Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detection and Warning Equipment, and the Central Station Alarm Association’s (CSAA) Carbon Monoxide Supervising Station Response Standard. NFPA 720 contains requirements for the installation, operation testing and the supervising station response procedures for carbon monoxide detection and warning equipment in buildings and structures. The CSAA standard defines additional response procedures for a supervising station to a Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector alarm transmitted to the supervising station. The standard applies to both residential and commercial installations. This course is designed for dealers, supervising station personnel and Fire Code Officials.
